Zach Patterson
Zach was born and raised in Columbia, SC and attended the College of Charleston where he received a degree in Business Administration. After college, Zach spent time in Virginia and Colorado, and eventually found his way back to the South Carolina coastline where he discovered his passion for golf and real estate. Between caddying at world class golf resorts, including The Ocean Course at Kiawah, Bandon Dunes, and Harbour Town Golf Links, Zach obtained his real estate license and began his career with Sea Pines Real Estate on Hilton Head Island. Zach is now with COAST Professionals, and with over $50 million in sales, he has represented buyers and sellers in many of the premier local golf communities.
